In this case, you are wrong there. The engine has been in dynotest in England with the same trim configuration, leaving 374 bhp at the pump. A simple proof of it at home in Sweden, just look at the SeaDoo jetskis that you and others have tuned and all deliver 280-300 + hp (Robbans, Andreas and Henric jetskis.) These accelerates demonstrably much worse and has a top speed of maximum of 62-65 knots. Although our Stock (Pro Stock) FZR jetskis beats SeaDoo jetskis in acceleration and top speed of only 256 bhp.
What explains it?

How do you explain the 7 knots or more at top speed and a deterioration in the acceleration of between 1-2 seconds to 60 mph with only 70 hp power advantage? No, everyone knows that it is totally impossible!

On Yamaha, 19% loss when the compressor transmissionsen to do its job and pull around the compressor with all the boost pressure.

But I agree with you on one point and that is that everyone should give bhp power and in this case would be 374 bhp. However, many jetskis should consequently collapse firmly in power throughout Sweden.

Niklas, your arquments are not true, i will aswer you with your own numbers and test data

FZR stock MOTEC 256 HP

Prestanda:
0-100 km/h: 5,27 sek
Toppfart: 60,7 knop

---

vs

---

RXP complete factory stock 255 HP

0-100 Km/h: 5,57 sek
Toppfart: 60,1 knop

so we can see the 256 FZR HP is the same as the 255 HP from the seadoo as the accelleration and topspeed is the same

Roban RXT 5 years old 390 Kg dryweight, 280 HP

0-100 Km/h: 4.8 sek
toppfart : 62.7 knop

so also with that old RXT you can see the extra 25 HP very good if you look at the accelleration and topspeed data.

all acceleration and topspeed data are direct in relation to the HP, thanks for your VBOX equipment Niklas, it helps me and others to aswer with facts.

Niklas your 374 HP are much more real then the 400 "keyboard HP" from greenrider, thats for sure

to go back to facts the 374 HP of your SHO are correct, and your test data give has give the proof

here is a picture that shows that there is no lost power in the Jetski drivetrain !, the Impeller is direct connected with the crankshaft

and the loss from the SC is true, but that engine will not make any power if the SC is not driven, so with not having the 1.3 bar boost your MONSTER SHO engine has only 200 HP max

you can not have the power from the Kompressor without the Kompressor !

but i would not wonder if your next Projekt is the "jet Perpetuum mobile "

Niklas, it is not about to compare a 2009 FZR (2 seater)pro stock package with a old 2005 RXT 3 seater) 80 kg more heavy. it is about HP the engine makes, as there is no transmission in the jetski !

I also dont want to attack your performance package, but if you start to compare , then you have to take my Nordic championship 2009 winner open RXP, the fastest boat ever seen in nordic, ( 137 km/h GPS in Henan at the race day in close course setup ) no breakdown the complete season 6 races 18 motos close corse, thats performance with reliabillity.

and please dont associat me with boats that i have not build or tuned !( ok greenrider is my secret project :winner: ), just joking

Mycket pengar har plöjts ned för att verkligen finna produkter från leverantörer som håller och ger vad som förväntas. Självklart finns där även många egentillverkade komponenter och lösningar som tillsammans med eftermarknadsprodukter ger betydligt mer effekt / hastighet. Men med våra testutrustningar har vi lyckats minimera skadorna under utvecklingstiden på motorerna.
